We recommend treating virtual material as a "Day Retreat". Try to set aside an entire day to really immerse in that 'yoga bubble'. Wake up, take a virtual yoga class, make some tea or coffee and spend the entire day just on your yoga journey. Take time between the lessons to journal and reflect.

A 200Hour commitment is a life-changing journey that will offer you a world of benefits. But it is exactly that, a commitment. Here is a deeper look at our session formats. This will help you get an idea of what your journey might look like.
▽ GUIDED DAILY RITUAL: 60 HOURS △
Part of having a transformational practice and empowered teaching career is learning how to live it every single day. During this training we help you create the framework for daily ritual of practice, meditation and self exploration. Each day, you will log into your virtual teacher training portal and complete the Daily Ritual Each Daily Ritual will consist of a chakra tuning, short vinyasa practice of sun salutations, guided meditation and a brief journaling or constructive daydreaming exercise. These Daily Rituals will change every 2 weeks.
▽ LIVE SESSIONS: 48 HOURS △
On alternating weeks, we will host a six hour session on Saturday followed by a two hour follow up session on Wednesday afternoons. During these sessions we will move through our Yoga Teacher Training Curriculum as listed below.
▽ VIRTUAL LESSONS: 48 HOURS △
Our virtual lessons will fill the space between our Live Sessions and keep you connected to your yoga journey. They will continue to move us through our curriculum and will include exercises to complete at home.
▽ PRACTICUM: 27 HOURS △
Practicum is your physical yoga practice. You will attend six classes per month either in-person, live streaming, or recorded. Three of those must be with one of your lead instructors.
▽ TEACHING ASSIGNMENTS: 12 HOURS △
Sparking your inner teacher opens up a world of benefits. Teaching empowers us, inspired others and ignites our personal practice. As part of this journey, you will connect deeply to that strong teacher within. Each month, you will teach a total of 4 hours (2 hours per session). You will be recording 30 minutes each month to submit to us. We will review your teaching during our one-on-one coaching sessions.
▽ ONE-ON-ONE COACHING: 6 HOURS △
Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the individual student. Our one-on-one coaching sessions are truly an investment for your personal growth as both a student and transformational teacher. They are one of the greatest ways to start your yoga teaching practice in a more solid footing. We will assess your personal goals, dreams and mentality and formulate the unique path to get you there.

OUR TRAINING CURRICULUM INCLUDES:
The Helix ®200-hour certification course has been carefully curated to provide students with a strong foundation of the physical practice, including alignment, anatomy, adjustments, and modifications. The yoga style is a combination of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa weaved together with the modern science of physiotherapy and mechanics to give students a strong foundation that can be applied to any teaching style. LEAD TRAINER HISTORY & PHILOSOPHY, ANATOMY & BIOMECHANICS Abbé is a 200YRT Vinyasa Yoga, 500YRT with world-renowned Radiantly Alive. She has completed both her level one and advanced Thai Bodywork Certification at Rolf Bodyworks and certified in Animal Flow quadrupedal and ground-based movement with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Forever a student, Abbe has since expanded her studies with other great teachers such as Carlos Tao, Tom Myers, Shiva Rea, Noah Maze, Jason Crandall, Kino McGregor and many more. |

GUEST TRAINER CHINESE MEDICINE & ELEMENTS Erin is the owner of Solshine Yoga in New Bedford, Massachusetts and is a 200RYT under the instruction of Tiffany Cruikshank, a 500 hour advanced yoga teacher and therapeutic specialist teacher through Yoga Medicine, an acclaimed anatomically based training and understanding of the body from both an Eastern and Western perspective.
